This notice covers CCFP accounts, nominations and product tools.

PRIVATE ACCOUNTS AND NOMINATIONS
We save nominations in private accounts.
A nomination records the brand name and public website, your verified email, whether you represent or support the brand, an optional brand contact and reason, and the attestations you make. We keep the nomination and its progress in your private account so you can return without starting over. Brand names, nomination activity, rankings and counts are not published.
REQUIRED SERVICE USE
We use account data for the service you request.
We use and retain submitted information to operate and secure your account, review nominations and claimed brand relationships, deliver requested assessments and reports, provide support, meet legal obligations and preserve your service history. Signup does not grant access to a brand; a CCFP reviewer must explicitly approve a representative claim.
SERVICE IMPROVEMENT
You can opt out of anonymous improvement data.
Unless you opt out, CCFP may use de-identified and aggregated patterns—not identifiable nomination or account records—to improve its methods, benchmarks, tools and services. Opting out does not affect the requested service and the choice can be changed later.
OPTIONAL MARKETING
Commercial follow-up requires its own permission.
If you opt in, CCFP and Divergent Logic may send occasional information about relevant services. The choice is unchecked by default and can be withdrawn. Account, security, verification, assessment and support messages are service messages and do not depend on marketing consent.
PRODUCT AND FEED FILES
Files stay in the browser.
The brand validator reads selected product and feed files in your browser. It does not upload the source file separately, save it to browser storage or replace the original. When an approved representative chooses “Download and save,” the final reviewed Action Pack ZIP is downloaded to the device and saved in the selected private brand workspace.
PUBLIC WEBSITE SCANS
Only public URLs leave the browser.
If you request a website scan, the tool sends the public product-page URLs and up to 12 public image URLs named in the review to the bounded scanner. It does not send the product or feed file. The scanner does not sign in, enter checkout or use supplied merchant credentials.
PRIVATE ACTION PACKS
Only the reviewed ZIP is saved.
The final Action Pack is saved only after an approved representative chooses the combined download-and-save action. It is private to approved members of the selected brand workspace and is never publication approval. Its byte size and integrity hash are checked before it appears in the account library.
RETENTION AND CONTROL
Saved Action Packs expire after inactivity.
A saved Action Pack ZIP is retained for 12 months after the brand workspace’s latest authenticated activity. Each signed-in workspace visit renews that 12-month period. A verified brand administrator can permanently remove a saved ZIP sooner from the private library. After deletion, only a minimal deletion audit record may remain; the ZIP cannot be recovered. Other account information is kept while the account and requested services are active, except where a limited security, audit or legal record must remain. Optional permissions can be withdrawn independently.
ANALYTICS
No optional analytics are currently configured.
The current public application does not configure Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or another optional behavioural analytics service. Essential hosting and security systems may still process ordinary technical request logs under their operating policies.
